Fitness Trends of 2022

 I was interested in knowing what workouts and fitness regimens were still popular as we are now 16 days into 2023. During my research, I discovered that we have not yet established a list for the new year, so I was forced to dig up all of 2022's top fitness trends. Let's look at this:   The  top 10 fitness trends  for 2022 are: Wearable technology. Devices such as fitness trackers, smart watches, and heart rate monitors count steps and track heart rate, calories, sitting and sleeping time, blood pressure, and respiratory rate. Home gyms for exercise use minimal equipment at home, such as treadmills and bikes, for solo or family activities. Outdoor activities. Include small group walks, group rides, and organized hiking groups with participants meeting in a park, hiking area, or bike trail for short and daylong events. Okay, losing weight is awesome, building muscle? even better...  The problem is my budget cannot keep up with the fucking body changes no matter how much I'm loving it.  My closet literally has 4 sets of clothing in the closet.   @Prep clothing- This is for when I am preparing to do a bodybuilding competition and the weight loss is dramatic and fast as well.
