Image
The fascination with diet trends has been growing in recent years, with more and more people looking to make changes to their diets in order to improve their overall health and well-being. One particular diet trend that has gained a lot of attention is the ketogenic diet. This diet involves eating a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet in order to put the body into a state of ketosis, which causes the body to burn fat for energy instead of carbohydrates.
